Ormond-by-the-Sea is an unincorporated town on the North Peninsula of East Volusia County bordering the Norh side Ormond Beach. The town consists of a mix of homes and condominiums along the Atlantic Ocean on Ocean Shore Blvd., homes along the Halifax River on John Anderson Drive and homes in between the ocean and the river.
